As well as the exercise and warm ups that are undertaken before every class, anywhere in the Assoc. the National HQ in Rayleigh has dedicated Fitness Classes on Monday evenings.
Unlike our regular Wing Chun classes, these are run separately to the regular Wing Chun training. For the Wing Chun students they are pat of their package and free to attend.
These classes are run at a nominal fee to the general public and are great fun, motivating and inspirational, despite the hard work!
The Fitness Classes are run by Russell Webster who is a very approachable and dedicated teacher. His classes are both enjoyable and energetic. The class is varied and there is no way that you could get bored by repetitive classes here. The training is circuit based with:
The National HQ is situated at Lubards Farm. As such we have access to lots of open ground.
Use the opportunity to take a jog around the 2 mile horse training track. The improvements in your general health, weight and fitness will soon become evident.
